Complete Industry Experience is what sets me apart. When beginning my career with Real Estate in 2006 as a Lender, I was fortunate enough to see many aspects of loans and lending qualifications during the housing crises. From this I ventured into residential investments doing numerous flips and managing rental properties. It was during these years I truly learned the in's and out's of home inspections, repairs and other key factors when evaluating a property. This first hand knowledge has saved many of my clients from buying what could have been potential money pits. Now working on the sales side of the equation, I can truly guide my clients by having the keen eyes necessary to know what to watch out for from lending to repairs to properly pricing an offer. |

I am a fifth-generation Texan who never tires of meeting new people, exploring homes, searching for just the right property for a client, and overcoming the hurdles that can transpire during a real estate transaction. Having graduated from Westwood High School, attended Texas State University (back then better known as Southwest Texas State), and being a resident of the Austin area since 1989, I have my finger on the pulse of the local community! I have been in the real estate space since 2006. Starting out as a loan officer with residential lending and then transitioning into an Investor. I have been involved with numerous investments ranging from flips, rentals to wholesale transactions. My network of contacts in the real estate world is second to none. I learned early about many aspects of business from the inside out. With my go-getter attitude, honesty, and eagerness to help others, I am the ideal agent to assist in all your real estate needs.
